Summer is the perfect time to fire up the grill and host a BBQ with family and friends. And while beer and wine are always crowd pleasers, why not add some cocktails to the mix? Here are some vodka cocktail ideas that will take your summer BBQ to the next level.

Watermelon spritzers

Nothing says summer quite like watermelon. And when it's blended with Yacht Life Vodka, lime juice, and club soda you have a delicious and refreshing cocktail that pairs perfectly with a grilled meal. To make a watermelon spritzer, muddle 2 cups of watermelon chunks (seeds removed) in a shaker and combine with 1/4 cup of Yacht Life Vodka, and the juice of one lime. Shake for 15-30 seconds and then strain into a chilled glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a sprinkle of salt.

Strawberry Lemonade Vodka

Lemonade is a classic summer drink, but with the addition of fresh strawberries and Yacht Life Vodka, you have a cocktail that's sure to impress. To make strawberry lemonade vodka, muddle 2-3 strawberries in a glass, add ice, 1.5 oz of Yacht Life Vodka, and fill the rest of the glass with lemonade. Stir and garnish with a strawberry and lemon slice.

Pineapple Punch

Pineapple is another quintessential summer fruit, and when combined with Yacht Life Vodka and coconut water, you have a tropical cocktail that will transport you to a beach in the Caribbean. To make pineapple punch, mix 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of coconut water, 1/4 cup of Yacht Life Vodka, and the juice of one lime. Serve over ice and garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of mint.

Cucumber Tonic

Tonics are always a refreshing choice, but adding cucumber takes it to another level. To make a cucumber tonic, muddle a few slices of cucumber in a glass, add ice, 1.5 oz of Yacht Life Vodka, and fill the rest of the glass with tonic water. Stir and garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of rosemary.
