He has worked for industry giants such as Danny Meyer and W Hotels. An educator at heart, Phil has earned multiple Wine Spectator awards and has been featured in The Somm Journal.
Signature Cocktail
Sweet 16
- 2 Yacht Life Vodka
- 1/2 coconut water
- 1/2 coconut cream
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1/2 pineapple juice
- 1/4 ginger purée
- Mint
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 15-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass, or serve in a coconut, as seen at Green Hat Bar
