Accuracy Competition: Where bartenders will be tested on how accurate their free pours are under pressure of the timeclock.
Speed Competition: Challenging bartenders to deliver cocktails at lightning speed and with precision.
Cocktail Competition: Putting bartenders' creativity to the test as they craft an original cocktail and share the story behind it.
Flair Bartending Competition: With three separate divisions for the Flair Bartending Competition (Pro, Advanced, and Amateur), bartenders will be tested on how entertaining they are on stage by manipulating their bartools, flipping bottles and shaking drinks on stage to exciting choreographed routines.
Yacht Life Vodka will be used in each round, and we can’t wait to see how the bartenders flair and mix it up with YLV!
The competition is not only for fun and bragging rights or just the $10,000.00 being given away! It serves as the United States Bartenders’ Guild (USBG) IBA World Cocktail Championship Flair Qualifier for 2024 with the overall 1st place winner in the pro division representing the United States and the United States Bartenders’ Guild in the International Bartenders Association World Cocktail Championship in 2024, and the 2nd place representing the United States and the United States Bartenders’ Guild in the International Bartenders Association Pan-American Games in 2024. The event also serves as the Flor de Cana Florida qualifier for 2023, with the overall 1st place winner in the Cocktail Competition representing our region in the Flor de Cana Sustainable Cocktail Challenge Finals in Nicaragua.
