Tropical Storm #2

• 1.5oz Yacht Life Vodka (make it 2 ounces for a “hurricane”)
• .5 oz Aperol
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• .5 oz Lime Juice
• 1 Dash of Angostura & 1 Dash of Orange Bitters
• 2 oz Ginger Beer

Shake all ingredients except the ginger beer and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Top with the ginger beer. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and lime wedge.
