Marisa Marie Holt is an incredible flair bartender who recently won in the Bartenders Shakedown, an international bartending competition, with a bartending routine she performed on roller skates! Creating this cocktail for Yacht Life Vodka was especially meaningful to her, as it brought her back to the New York Atlantis yacht cruise, a place that holds personal significance. Growing up, Marisa and her family worked on this very boat, providing catering services. She stated, “It’s truly an honor to return now and have the chance to create this video for such an incredible brand.”
Signature Cocktail
Sip of the Sea
Marisa crafted a cocktail called Sip of the Sea, a drink that perfectly captures the essence of yacht life and the refreshing spirit of the ocean. The cocktail includes:
- 4oz of the smooth Yacht Life Vodka
- 3oz homemade blue curaçao
- 2oz Finest Call lemon juice
- 1oz blueberry real simple syrup
- A few drops of saline with a sugar rim
The homemade blue curaçao is a special blend created specifically for this cocktail, made with Grand Marnier infused with orange peels, lemon zest, orange blossom water, and dehydrated blueberries, with just a touch of coloring. All ingredients are then shaken to perfection.
