Joseph Chavarria is a representative of Nicaragua, “the land of lakes and volcanoes”. He started in the hospitality industry around 10 years ago, and during that time, he became the National Champion of Nicaragua twice in the category of Flair. In the same category, he represented his country at the IBA Pan American competitions. He currently reside in Brownsville, Texas and works at Shot Republic mixing the best shots in the area!

- 1.5 oz. Yacht Life Vodka
- 1 oz Ron oscuro
- 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Real raspberry syrup
- 1 oz Real coco syrup
- 6 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Dehydrated orange, mint, raspberry and pineaple stick. Shake & strain over ice and enjoy!
